Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after payment is received
• Delivery typically takes 4–8 working days after dispatch
• This is collectively 12 workings days ( this does not include weekends or public holidays)

These timeframes are provided as a safe and realistic estimate to account for batch handling and courier processing.

Tracking Information

Please note that receiving your tracking number does not mean your parcel will arrive the next day.

Tracking is often generated before the parcel is fully processed through the Royal Mail network, and updates will only begin once the item has been scanned into their system. Sometime it can take royal mail over a week to scan your parcel into their system.

It is completely normal for there to be a delay between:

• Receiving your tracking information
• Seeing your first tracking update
• Final delivery of your order

• Tracking updates may take several days to activate
• Delivery follows after Royal Mail begins updating the tracking
